Although RAVIX is currently in its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage, it already features a robust infrastructure capable of meeting core acoustic analysis needs. In addition to RT60 reverberation time calculations, it analyzes the acoustic contribution of surface materials and calculates room modal frequencies (room modes) to offer early-stage solutions to potential resonance issues.
The application integrates real-time visualization, providing an intuitive and holistic analysis experience.

Development is actively ongoing; soon, RAVIX will evolve into a more comprehensive tool with AI-powered recommendation systems, export options, and advanced simulation modules.

RAVIX

RAVIX is an academic-driven sound technologies initiative operating in the fields of spatial acoustics, virtual reality-based sound simulation, and acoustic product design.

Shaped by ongoing research and field studies conducted at Yıldız Technical University, our structure integrates architecture, sound engineering, and digital media to deliver holistic solutions.

In our projects, we focus on measurable data, physical modeling, and user experience. We develop VR-based acoustic simulations using the Unreal Engine platform, and design optimized physical acoustic panels based on the data gathered. Additionally, we aim to make accurate room acoustic analysis accessible to both professionals and sound enthusiasts through easy-to-use online calculation tools.
